Plymouth Pod #35
This week in Plymouth
Hi All! I hope everyone is having a great week. This week we have fall on the mind and excited to feature more upcoming October events - see you out there!
Trail of the Week: North Plymouth Rail Trail (a.k.a. Seaside/Grace Trail)
This stroller- and wheelchair-friendly 1.2-mile trail links Nelson Memorial Park with Cordage Park, following the shoreline past salt marsh, sandy beach, and sweeping views of Plymouth Beach and Kingston Bay. Mostly paved, with some crushed stone and boardwalk in the Kingston section, it’s a flat, easy route with a side trail to a cliff overlook and access to Holmes Reservation. Rich in history, the path follows the former Old Colony Railroad line first laid in 1845. Link for more details.
