This week in Plymouth County.
Happy Halloween week! I hope everyone has a spooktacular week - let’s get into it!
Trail of the Week: Willow Brook Farm (Pembroke)
At the meeting point of Pudding and Herring Brooks, Willow Brook Farm Preserve offers 3 miles of peaceful trails through forest, wetlands, and meadows. This 167-acre Wildlands Trust property features an observation platform overlooking the expansive 2,000-acre Herring Brook Valley—one of southeastern Massachusetts’ most diverse inland habitats. Visitors can enjoy seasonal views, spot wildlife like river otters, herons, and even Allegheny mound ants, and explore the new Pasture Loop and renovated Todd Trail, which connects to Misty Meadows Conservation Area. With its mix of history, scenery, and biodiversity, Willow Brook Farm is a destination worth returning to in every season. For more info to plan your visit check it out here.
